Payments

The workshop fee is 690 Polish Zlotys (PLN) if paid before 1st July, 2006 and 750 PLN after this date. The fee includes coffee and refreshments during breaks, daily lunches, conference dinner, the Book of Abstracts and the conference proceedings (CD-ROM).
The conference fee does NOT include: Accomodation

In order to finalize your registration to the ETFP Workshop (and guarantee the room reservation) please make the payment via wire transfer to the bank account at:

Please remember to give the name of the participant and the name of the Conference with the payment.
A copy of your payment receipt should be faxed to the Workshop Secretariat.

The payment for the registration fee must be free of bank charges to the receiver, i.e. all bank charges for effecting the international money transfer must be met by the remitter, including those imposed by the beneficiary’s agents (BPH O/Warszawa). This must be explicitly stated when authorizing the international money transfer order.

Cancellation:

Notification of all cancellations must be sent in writing to:

• Cancellations received before July 1, 2006 will receive a refund of the conference fee less of an administration charge of 80 PLN.
• Cancellations received after 1st July and before 15th August, 2006 will receive a refund of the conference fee less of an administration charge of 80 PLN and of one night hotel charge.
• Cancellations received after 15th August, 2006 will not receive a refund, but all conference materials (Book of Abstracts, CD with conference proceedings) will be mailed to the non-participant.
